• Client has a stand. • NASDEC will draw up the plan for the proposed house and the necessary approvals at a fee agreed upon with the client. • NASDEC will come up with a BOQ for the construction of the house for each stage. The BOQ will be done at a fee. • The client will pay an initial deposit upon signing a contract with NASDEC. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost. • Client can choose to pay in monthly instalments for each stage. These instalments will be of any amount that the client can afford. • When client has paid 70% of the stage total in instalments, then works on the stage can commence while the client continues to pay the outstanding amount for the stage. • Upon completion of each stage, the client will get a signed copy of the approved and signed Stage Form before moving to the next stage.
Plan B
• Client pays full cost of construction. • Client will get 5% discount and a free solar system installed by NASDEC.
